Very handy kettle great for hot tea I was looking for this item for quite some time as it was sold out everywhere but finally foud it again on Amazon. Everyone in our famiuly has one of these and it is the best thing to make hot tea and keep it warm. The hot water kettle quickly boild the water and the tea warmer keeps the tea warm for a as long you you need. It is also attractively designed. Great buy and I would recommend it to everyone. I am buying a few more for gifts.
It's a pretty junk The plastic filter is gone there's NO WAY TO GET A NEW FILTER. YES PLASTICS ARE FLOATING IN THE WATER.
Great product My mom purchased this product a couple of years ago and has loved it so I figured it was time to get one of my own. It is so much more convenient to use than a stove top kettle or a samovar and it works faster. You can boil water brew tea and keep it warm so you don't have to keep reheating the water. Plus my husband boils the water in the electric kettle and uses it to make coffee in the french press every morning.
The best loose leaf tea maker I love loose leaf tea and this makes it so easy. The kettle heats water fast and perfect. The difuser is perfect for spooning your tea leaves into. I also love the warmer feature. I am not one for alot of stuff on my counters but this goes with coffee pot.
After 2 Years Note This review is only for the electric kettle side as I barely use the glass tea pot.This kettle has served me faithfully for about 2 years now with multiple daily use but it is starting to break down. While you can still depress the lever the unit will not come on. This is happening with increasing frequency and the only solution I have found is to keep trying. Sometimes it will turn on but the light indicator will flicker out after a few minutes and the water stops boiling. This can be very annoying as I now have to monitor it to make sure it completely comes to a boil before shutting off. Luckily I know right away because the light turns off and it stops making noise. It seems like it might be a wiring issue or dirty connections. I have considered cleaning the connection between the kettle and base but have decided against it because it doesn't look dirty at all and I fear making it worse by touching it with cleaning solutions or liquids that I should not use. I've decided to just start looking for a new kettle.
Get real taste of tea!!! I used to make tea with my coffee maker. So it never tasted as it suppose to.

Faster route to my tea At first i had a dilemma of where to fit this in my small kitchen then i realized i didn't need the toaster front and center.It is a great product auto shutoff hot plate to keep the tea warm easy to clean i love it i haven't a single complaint.
Plastic smell in boiled water We had an older version of this product and we loved it. We decided to buy another set for our office. But I smell plastic in the boiled water even after 12 times! We are so disappointed at the new version of the product that we'll return it. The concept is great but the quality is not acceptable at all.
