GREAT PRODUCT Very happy with this hot pot. good price. I have a Reverse Osmosis filter system so I just put the hose on the faucet and into the pot to fill it. It boils then goes to keep warm setting automatically and stays on constantly with no auto shut off therefore we have hot water all the time. It's hot when we get up in the morning.
